Duke Men's Basketball Game-Winning BLOB

Last Saturday, the Duke men trailed Florida State 78-77 with 2.8 seconds remaining. Duke had the ball under FSU's basket and ran the following BLOB (baseline out of bounds) to win the game.  Coach K used RJ Barrett (Duke's leading scorer for the season and in the game) as a decoy, then had Jack White slip a screen for Cam Reddish, and Marques Bolden roll to the rim after setting a screen for Barrett.

Reddish (#2) comes across off White's screen across the court for the wide open 3-pointer to win the game.  Point guard Tre Jones is being guarded by a 6'10" post, but subtlely uses his eyes to open a passing lane to Reddish.

Are your players prepared at the end of a game?
Do they know the BLOB you want to run?
Do they know their job and how to get the defense to react the way it is designed?
Do you have someone inbounding that ball that can deliver the pass?

How do you instill confidence in your kids in the biggest moments?  Coach K asked Reddish in the huddle and said: "Are you ready, Cam?"
